This informative series is designed for those who are new to yoga, but also serves as a great refresher for students of all levels. It includes two helpful handouts thoughtfully designed to be printed and referenced often. Practice and learn as much as you would like with unlimited access!

Flow Yoga Basics
In this 60-minute class, I’ll be explaining, demo-ing, and breaking down the elements of the basic foundational flows from which all other flows derive — Surya (Sun) Namaskar (Salute) A, B, and C. Follow along with the handout as we get down to the basics. Please have a block and blanket handy.
Standing & Balancing Foundations
The legend explains 108 asanas (yoga poses) were born of the Dancing Shiva, but in modern day Vinyasa flow yoga, even more poses have birthed. Join me in 60-minute session where we’ll examine the “blueprint” or foundational poses common in most classes, along with some poses that build on.
Mandala Namaskars & Dancing Warriors
As the popularity of flow yoga grows, teachers have become more creative and create new sequencing as a standard. In this class, we’ll explore the playful Mandala Namaskars and Dancing Warriors. Grab a notepad — there’s lots to experience and expand into. Feel free to rewind and play again.
Seated & Reclined Foundations
Like standing poses, there are some basic “blueprint” seated poses that lay the groundwork for a variety of other poses. Once you understand the fundamentals, the rest is easier to grasp. Get cozy and comfy to relax into these seated and reclined poses. Please have a block and blanket handy.
Pranayama Practices
Pranayama, or breath awareness and control, is the foundation of all asana and is especially critical in Vinyasa yoga. In this 60-minute class, we'll practice some of the most common forms of pranayama used during flow and meditation — from cooling Sitali to relaxing Samavritti breathing.
Body Scan Guided Meditation
Join me for this 8-minute guided full body scan meditation focused on increasing awareness and releasing tension — leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Please allow a little time between when you order and when you want to practice. There is no limit on these classes, so you’re welcome to practice as often as you would like.
