Mayan Riviera 2016

Favorite Yoga Travel Moment

The best part of this trip was the people, the community we made and our time together. I feel like this group just meshed. We could have been doing almost anything and I think there would have been lots of laughs and friendships. We visited cenotes, Mayan ruins, and beautiful beaches... All the while chatting, giggling, and having deep conversations. I’d love to do a reunion retreat on this one!

Most Unique Experience

Jumping from a rock (way high) into the cool waters of a cenote. These natural pits, or sinkholes, result from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath. They are always beautiful blues or greens in color and are so cool to explore. They are also a welcome relief from the warm Mexican sun.

Most Memorable Moments

The talks. The laughter. The connection.
