Favorite Yoga Travel Moment

We did a yoga photoshoot on the beach at sunset one night. I loved this group of women — so sweet and many now are forever friends. The love and connection are so obvious in the pictures. This was truly a relaxing retreat.

Most Unique Experience

The beach on this retreat is so special and unique. It is so quiet and long and the perfect place to take solo walks and think and meditate. I woke up each morning before the sun rose to do just this. I will never forget that peaceful time, just the ocean, the sun rising, the sky and the sounds of nature.

Most Memorable Moments

The quiet. Some retreats are a lot of work to host honestly. Some retreats feel like a vacation for me. This trip was absolutely like a vacation. The group was easeful, the scenery was breathtaking, and the quiet was so cherished. I know the stillness of this trip could be hard for some folks, but in the end, it was probably my favorite part. I will never forget that.
